Maar anyway, there's ONLY 8 day's left to get ready for December, and I still haven't shortened my ToDo list by much....
Haven't done my trailer's weelbearing's.........
Only get my Solar panel back come Friday, But that's a problem as the sizes of the panel's have changed and it won't fit into the special slide-in crate I hade made for it last year.... ut it's been upped from 9 Amps to 14 Amps..... because of technology developments that means with 72 Amps / 24h freezer draw it will take me a rhapsie over 5h to put it all back into the battery.... WOW!
Scruffy.............. Don't know what's happened but I was supposed to have gotten photo's of her doing her millitary training, but that's all gone pooof... SIGH......
There's a fancy dress on Saturday, So after a loooooong list of things for her to get dressed up and hours and hours of thinking, she is going as.....................

So I've stapled some tractor paper edging <daai papier strookies met die gaate> to her doggie coat, spent 3H with a thread & needle to sew on a piece of P&P plastic shopping bag, got our switchboard tannie to haul out her Janine overlocker and sew on and some old pieces of patches.....
And I'm going to wear my dirtiest/ greasy /oily daughter-in-law-refuses-to-put-them-in-her-washing-machine-anymore Landrover fixit-up jeans and T shirt....
That should be scruffy enough....
Oh and I won't be shaving / bathing / showering / swimming from today until Saturday.....
Make that Sunday......
That's gonna be fun.... Especially as I work in a melt-plastic-all-day-factory...
On a more sober note, she was invited to do a solo in a charity demonstration at the local old-age home nearby (queenshaven),
So I've set up a course....
7 pole weave <unacompanied>, finishing on a podium sit.
Then she climbes on my back and "rides the taxie".......... +- 4m while I crawl to the next poduim (from one taxie stop to the other)
The 2 tunnels: - First one is a collapsed tunnel and the next is a 8m blind - curved tunnel
Then, long & high jump's............ (Long jump is 900mm) straight into the high jump (500mm) - bear in mind her "official" wheelbase is only 300mm long and is 125mm high), so she is jumping +_ 4 times her length & height....
Finishing with the elevated ladder & beam walk..... I've posted all of that before but I'll post pics on the facebook page if somebody asks...
This is over & above the group obedience & protection disciplins that she must be a part of....
So, between sewing fancy dress costumes / practicing military school manouver's / and hupple-cripple to December..... There ain't much left over for getting holiday ready......
