WARREN Tyre pressure & temprature monitors

Finally getting a set of these today, Solar or 12V charged --- been a long time waiting to find a reasonably priced set

best I take a picture, but essentially it's 4 valve caps each with it's own transmitter & a small battery that signals the pressure and the temprature to a reciever

The  4 transmittor batteries are accessed in the transmitter <valve cap> by using a small spanner <provided>

Each cap is marked with which tyre it belongs to

The reciever's quite small & has a small solar panel on the top and it can also be charged through a USB cable (included)

The face of the reciever shows which tyre temp in deg C and pressure in Bar

price is R500, which is quite reasonable ------ Free would have been better but -----

But a photo I'll take for you and send

OK, so the blooming thing requires to be programmed to each of the tyres, and here is where the tamalekie starts ---

The bloody instruction manual is on a "fold-out"piece of paper --- about 5 pages long ----

each page is 30mm * 30mm ----------- Yip 30mm * 30mm ek vra jou met traane in my ou ooe

NE!

ek moet die blerry ding lees ? die donnerse skrif is so klein selfs n flippin vergroot glas werk nie --- DAMMIT!

OK, so  I got as far as max temp & min pressure warning programmed ----

BUT I can download the instructions off the net, and print them A4 paper size ---- Good and well, but I get home when it's almost dark --- So that helps me like a hole in the head

Have to wait for the weekend.

keep you guys posted on this
