The way I work with it is I just use it to warm the inside then switch it off, as from there things remain very cozy throughout the night ---
Other than that I've only had to fire it up once after the loo at 02:00
When it's running, I just crack open my entrance door, <driver's passenger> and close up once I've switched it off. Probiblly what? 5 - 10 minutes later?
I would like to get my hands on a carbon monoxide detector, but can't find one in SA
