Morning all: -

Where I'm at, TODAY

Last couple of working houres for the year - I'm off at 12:00

On the nippertjie (I bumble off down the road dou-voor-dag on Monday) of a 3000Km adventure to the Orange River Rafting Lodge & a peek at the Richtersveldt ------- Another thing to tick off my bucket list

Going to re-awake my youth and do river rafting and for the first time in my life try bass fishing

The planning's all finished, The fitting of my assist winch / luggage carrier / elevated air intake is all done.

THEWHERETHEFUCKAREWECAR stands silent, serviced and ready ---

Planning wise, It's been one hell-of-a-journey to get here, with umpteen twists / turns & backtracks, all the time the deadline to beat was TODAY!  --- I hope you found a reason to smile at least once in that saga ----

But all of this is just part (but a big part) of a much bigger picture in my future ---- It's a dress rehersal for that time when I give up working and live my dream:

MY DREAM?

Become a part time nomad, boondocking / stealth camping  ---- Just travelling round, living out my vehicle --- may not still have the Landy then ---- I would like a Grinadeer --- But who knows what the future holds.

So to everybody on the forum, many thanks for posting in on posts I made, may you all have a pleasent ending to 2021 and a moerse successful and satisfying 2022,
