There I go fishing... Forget about dips / muties / scents....

Borstol cough mixture, Spar vanilla essence & good old worms....

5 beer cartons of blooming worms

Travel 300Km to Bloemhof <where worms cost a moer of a lot>, set camp and take my 5 beer cartons of worms down to the fishing rods...

Next morning.... EVERY SINGLE BLOOMING WORM IS GONE.... Beer carton’s are there... Sand is there.... Worms GONE....

They escaped through the naate of the beer cartons

Die naweek van 25 en 26 Mei  gaan nogals 'n besonderse vroeër nag skouspel lewer wat hemel liggame aanbetref.  Yip, 4 planete, 'n mooi sekel maan wat kraters pragtig sal vertoon en 'n rykdom clusters en nebula's !

Dit is die ideale naweek om 1 of 2 teleskope uit te sit en bietjie van nader te kyk hoe al die goed in lewende lywe lyk!     Klink vir my na 'n "kamp en sterre kyk" saamtrek!

Nou dan doop ons dit "die kamp sterre kyk saam trek met Noddy en die sterrewag vuur doop"?

2 years December holy-day's on the trot I buggered up my fishing adventures...

The third year I put the damn cartons <actually think they are mageu-cartons> into a plastic bag, and put them in the camper and FINALLY, third time lucky....

Had cheap, deceant, long wiggly worms to fish with....

Remember I camp waaay away from everyone, (Something like 20Km's) so it's not just a quick hop-skip-and-jump to go and get the blooming things.... Then you only get these tiny little red magoefties that you have to prop 20 of them on a hook and then you get a miserable little 1/4 kilo carpie....

But it was Arrie that for some odd reason wanted to send me worms..... So.....

I'm jolly well gonna hold him to his word next time I goes fishin-adventuring!
